They even went above and beyond when a hour after settlement was due, the bank contacted to say they had lost a document and could not settle without. With 40 minutes until the bank closed, they drove into town to sort it out, ensuring settlement was effective on due date and that we the sellers would not be penalised. I do not know many firms that would go to such extent to ensure settlement is not held up.
